Danny joined CTS in 2019. He continues his role in advising organizations to conduct due diligence and investigations to mitigate risk, protect their brand, and protect their business’s integrity.
Danny does this proactively before mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and introducing a new business partner into an organization. He also advises clients reactively when an organization needs to investigate possible misconduct internally or externally. He supports clients in navigating, investigating, and quantifying crime losses covered by theft insurance policies.

Danny’s most recent experience was as a Managing Director and Global Practice Leader of Aon’s Merger and Acquisition Group (Corporate Investigative Solutions). Danny oversaw a team of researchers and investigators who conducted thousands of background investigations internally and externally for Aon’s clients worldwide. In addition, Danny is an experienced guest speaker on these topics.
Before joining Aon, Danny spent four years at Kroll Associates as part of the Business Intelligence and Investigative Practice. Danny retired from the NYPD as a Sergeant and Detective; during this time, he accumulated experience in all facets of internal investigations, emergency response management, and executive protection.
